Randy Wood
Managing Partner
U.S. Enrollment Services
Randy is the Managing Partner of U.S. Enrollment Services, formerly BenTec Workplace Solutions. He has over 30 years of experience in consulting and enrollment services nationwide. He began his insurance career in 1981, working in individual life and health insurance before moving into management. In 1991, he became the benefits director of a professional employer organization (PEO), managing benefits for over 25,000 employees.
In 1997, Randy founded Benefit Service Consultants, Inc. (BSCI), providing supplemental benefits and enrollment services to employers and brokers. BSCI specializes in PEOs and currently serves over 200,000 employees. Randy has been a top producer in voluntary benefits for many carriers.
In 2007, BSCI merged with BenTec Workplace Solutions, expanding their services. Randy became CEO of BenTec in 2015, aiming to create one of the fastest-growing benefit enrollment firms. In July 2018, BenTec was acquired by Daybright Broker Solutions, formerly U.S. Retirement & Benefits Partners.

Hunter Whittington
Managing Partner
U.S. Enrollment Services
Hunter is a Managing Partner at U.S. Enrollment Services. He started his insurance journey in 1988, working with educators on retirement annuities. In 1990, he founded Whittington Benefit Services (WBS), focusing on payroll-deducted supplemental insurance. WBS helped employers enhance benefits with voluntary products. In 2008, he sold WBS to BenTec Workplace Solutions, expanding their enrollment services nationwide.
When BenTec was acquired by Daybright Broker Solutions (formerly U.S. Retirement & Benefits Partners) in 2018, it became U.S. Enrollment Services. Hunter now ensures smooth enrollment processes for employers, boosting employee engagement through effective communication and education.
Hunter holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Virginia Tech and the University of South Florida.

Ryan Rich
Managing Partner
U.S. Enrollment Services
Ryan is a Managing Partner at U.S. Enrollment Services. He began his career in the benefits enrollment industry with the Vining Rich Group (VRG) in the late 1990s. His area of specialization includes working in the large case market to identify, implement, and integrate voluntary benefits technology solutions across all enrollment processes. After the VRG acquisition by BenTec Workplace Solutions in 2008, Ryan took over as Division President of the Central Florida market and was responsible for cases in the mid to large market sector. In this role, Ryan also worked closely with many of the divisions to provide best-practice enrollment solutions for clients nationwide.
BenTec was acquired by Daybright Broker Solutions (formerly U.S. Retirement & Benefits Partners) in July 2018 and subsequently re-branded to U.S. Enrollment Services.

Gail Parker
Managing Director
U.S. Enrollment Services Contact Center
Gail Parker joined U.S. Enrollment Services in September 2022 as the Managing Director of the Benefits Contact Center in Harrisburg, PA. With over 25 years of experience managing call centers at Verizon Wireless, Comcast, and DHC, she has led initiatives to boost revenue, launch new websites, and implement billing and phone systems.
Gail is passionate about customer service and employee development, creating strong training and recognition programs. She oversees contact center operations in Harrisburg, PA, and Lakeland, FL, ensuring positive customer interactions and efficient daily operations. Gail focuses on growth opportunities, driving revenue, and enhancing the employee and customer experience.

Alan Ingley
Managing Partner
Benefits Administration Center of Excellence
Alan Ingley joined U.S. Enrollment Services Benefits Administration Center of Excellence (BACOE) in October 2023 as Managing Partner. He works on developing strategies to grow new business and improve internal processes.
Previously, Alan held leadership roles in the insurance industry, focusing on benefits enrollment and technology. He was Vice President of Sales Engineering and Client Success at Wellfleet Workplace Benefits and worked at MassMutual and Aflac. Alan also spent 18 years in leadership at IKON Office Solutions.
Alan holds a Bachelor of Science from The University of Georgia.

Dr. Kristin L. Kahle
Managing Partner
NavigateHCR
Dr. K is the CEO and Founder of NavigateHCR (NHCR), a pioneering software company launched in 2012 that provides full-service ACA and compliance technology. She is also a Managing Partner at Daybright Broker Solutions (formerly U.S. Retirement & Benefits Partners), which acquired NHCR in December 2018. Her team helps brokers and employers navigate complex compliance requirements.
A Certified Healthcare Reform Specialist, Dr. K represents NHCR at industry seminars and summits, staying updated on ACA details and trends. With over 20 years of experience as a broker, she was the first to write on ACA/Employer Compliance Complexities and has focused her career on simplifying these processes through technology. She also has experience as a Third-Party Administrator.
She holds a DBA from Argosy University, an MBA from the University of Phoenix, and a BA from Pine Manor College.

Doug Kreszl, CFP
Doug Kreszl, CFP
National Benefit Partners (East) InnoBenefits
Doug joined National Benefit Partners (NBP) in 2015 as Director of Sales and Marketing, eventually becoming President of their East Coast operations. He is now a Managing Partner at NBP, which was acquired by Daybright Broker Solutions, formerly U.S. Retirement & Benefits Partners, in 2017.
Before NBP, Doug worked at Hartford Funds in their Investment Advisory Group, leading research for Alternatives and Asset Allocation Funds from 2013 to 2015. Prior to that, he spent 11 years at Mercer as an investment consultant, advising corporations on Defined Benefit and Defined Contribution Plan investments.
Doug graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, majoring in Finance, from Rider University. He is also a Certified Financial Plannerâ„¢ professional.

Brian Jund

Brian is the President and Managing Partner of National Benefit Partners’ (NBP) West Coast operations, which joined Daybright Broker Solutions, formerly U.S. Retirement & Benefits Partners, in 2017. He joined NBP in 2006 as Director of Sales & Marketing and became President of the West Coast Operations in 2012.
NBP is an independent marketing organization that specializes in voluntary benefits, offering turn-key product and service platforms to Allied Distributors. Their mission is to provide comprehensive benefit solutions to employees and their families through their nationwide network of Allied Distributor partners. This national presence allows NBP to deliver competitive and affordable benefits that exceed customer expectations.

Mitch Stringer
Managing Partner
Select Benefits Communications Group
Mitch is the Managing Partner of Select Benefits Communications Group (SBCG), which specializes in voluntary insurance benefits, offering solutions from onsite enrollment to call center and online capabilities.
Mitch began his insurance career in 1986 as a field agent for SF&C, the company his father co-founded. He marketed payroll-deducted life and disability insurance to municipal union members. In 1996, Mitch joined Transamerica in Los Angeles after a successful stint at American Bankers Insurance Group, where he was promoted to National Sales Director for Voluntary Benefits.
In 1999, Mitch, his father, and Jim Franzoni launched Select Benefits Communications Group. Under his leadership, SBCG expanded from a voluntary benefits enrollment firm to include consolidated benefits billing, national call center enrollment, and consumer-driven healthcare education.
Mitch graduated from Rollins College in Winter Park, FL.
