Daybright Welcomes Industry Veteran Freda Lee as SVP, Enterprise Client Leader
Iselin, NJ, April 3, 2025 – Daybright Financial is pleased to announce the appointment of Freda Lee as senior vice president, enterprise client leader. Lee, a financial industry veteran, will focus on ensuring Daybright sustains and continues to grow its above-industry-average client revenue retention rate. Based in Houston, Lee will partner with client-facing teams on strategy and retention efforts, primarily across the company’s public and private sector retirement and employer benefits portfolios. She will report to Patrick Simonds, executive vice president and chief revenue officer.

Before joining Daybright, Lee served as senior vice president and head of relationship management for Corebridge Financial, where she developed a strong reputation for thought leadership in customer experience management and for mentoring and developing top talent to drive retention and growth. She spent 20 years with AIG and its spinoff, Corebridge Financial. In total, she has more than three decades of experience in client relationship roles within the financial industry.
